Partial Onsite)Rate: $34/hr on W2 (No C2C)
Manager Notes:Partially Onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday, and as needed)REQUIRED: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Azure BoardsPREFERRED: Microsoft VisioPrimary responsible for defining and documenting system business requirements. • Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business. • Perform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.Strong Communications Skills • Adaptable to fast-paced environment • Work with minimal supervision • Ability to learn quickly and analysis the data
SummaryDefines customer needs in technical and business contexts. Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort. • 50% Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective. Identify and validate requirements and organize the information into a logical document that is understood by the customer and Information Systems. • 25% Guide both technical and customer departments in the development of the systems that support the business solution. • 15% Ensure the accurate deployment of solutions through review of problem logs, assisting with test plans and test matrices, and other analysis activities. • 10% Validate the business need for solutions to business problems and process improvements.
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree2 years of IT business analysis experience.Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree-in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related experience with government business and/or BCBS companies.Preferred Work Experience: Job related experience with government business and/or BCBS companies.Preferred Licenses and Certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, LOMA.Basic knowledge of standard industry practices. Able to acquire knowledge of procedures for the supported business unit.Good analytical and conceptual skills. Broad understanding of test plans and test matrices, project plans, and scope and design documents.Required Software and Other Tools: Microsoft Office.Preferred Software and Other Tools: Visio, MS Project or similar software, data mining using DB2, SQL, and/or other tools.
