Healthcare Business Analyst - ONSITE in Columbia, SC
SYSTEMTEC
is seeking a senior Business Analyst with experience in healthcare insurance (MMIS, Medicaid Eligibility, etc). This is an ONSITE role in Columbia, SC.
Required Qualifications Healthcare Business Analyst:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.At least 5 years of experience working in healthcare insurance industry.Great people/interpersonal skills.Extensive experience gathering and documenting business requirements and making formal presentations to leadership.
Responsibilities of the Healthcare Business Analyst:
Serves as a liaison between the business programs and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.Analyze business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
