Graphic Designer

to join our Creative team. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Creative, and work closely with fellow Graphic Designers and cross functioning teams to develop content and design.We are looking for someone who is creative and conceptual. You'll need to feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment, where print and digital work hand in hand. You are energetic, collaborative and have experience in package design, social, and e- commerce.Responsibilities

Collaborate with Creative team and other departments across the organization on package design concepts, social media, and ecommerce requests

Communicate and present creative work in a clear and compelling fashionTranslate and adapt existing brand guidelines for product development, brand extensions, POP, signage, collateral, and moreTake direction from Senior Manager, Creative and provide multiple solutionsProduce work in a timely manner, and meet tight deadlinesMaintain and archive image resource filesResponsible for creating final layouts, production ready files and checking proofsStay fluent in current design trends, materials and presentation techniquesPrepare photo files for web and printQualifications

BFA / BA in Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or related field preferredAt least 4+ years of experience in a related field preferredProficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AcrobatStrong understanding of packaging designExtremely detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communicationExperience working with a project management toolAbility to work cross-functionally and be a team playerAbility to priortize and pivot quickly to meet business needs/deadlines
