Our client is seeking a Network Support Specialist that performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment.
CCNA is preferred with 2-4 years of experience in network• Network Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and support network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.Configure and manage network services, such as DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Conduct regular network performance tuning and optimization.• Network Design and Implementation:
Assist in the design and implementation of network architecture and infrastructure.Collaborate with IT team members to develop network solutions that meet business needs.Ensure network design adheres to industry standards and best practices.
