Digital Fundraising Manager

Over a million Coloradans turn to Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO JAZZ and THE DROP to discover provocative and inspiring local, national and international programming; find diverse viewpoints; score front row center seats to world-class performances; and experience lifelong learning opportunities every month.The Digital Fundraising Manager manages and oversees growth of digital fundraising and engagement programs by executing effective strategies and techniques via email, web, digital ads and other digital channels for the RMPM's portfolio of brands, including Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO JAZZ, and THE DROP. The Manager will provide coordinated leadership of digital fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to develop, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that promote donor acquisition and engagement in support of increasing revenue goals
Partner with internal teams in developing strategic digital plans that optimize fundraising and stewardship in support of overall donor and revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create and implement the annual digital calendar and strategies to establish regular cadence of member communication and a robust plan for digital acquisition using email, paid search, display advertising and other types of digital acquisition
Work with internal and external partners in the development of integrated digital campaigns, writing and designing content as needed
Align and integrate digital strategies and tactics with print and other direct marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and external vendors
Collaborate with marketing and creative services teams to ensure fundraising appeals are aligned with RMPM priorities and brand requirements
Monitor and interpret program KPIs, revenue and engagement data, trends, successes, and outcomes and share timely, proactive, and ongoing results and insights with the team and other key colleagues
Analyze effectiveness of digital fundraising campaigns and digital presence and help establish RMPM benchmarks and compare performance to industry benchmarks
Manage testing plan and roadmap to optimize digital fundraising program and meet revenue, engagement, and other goals
Perform regular audits of digital fundraising content to ensure evergreen content is continually monitored and refreshed to ensure the best digital user experience
Collaborate with external vendors to update and optimize RMPM's digital (donation & email sign-up) form pages including recommending continual upgrades and innovations
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the digital fundraising program is effectively, efficiently, and creatively utilizing both existing and new functionality to continually enhance and improve user experience
Stay informed of industry best-practices and new, innovative practices, within public media, among nonprofits more broadly and in the commercial sector
Other tasks as assigned and/or required.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
Bachelor's degree preferred; 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/fundraising
Proficiency with email platforms and CMS
Proficiency with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and Connected TV (CTV)
Familiarity with CRMs like Raiser's Edge
Familiarity with analytical and data interpretation, statistical methodologies and tools used in testing and reporting, including Google Analytics
Familiarity with content creation tools like Adobe Express and Canva a plus
Familiarity with basic front-end development tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) a plus
Experience writing fundraising copy preferred
Experience working with external vendors preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong project management skills
Understanding of and enthusiasm for public media a plus
