Oversee the daily store operationsManage a team of technicians and service advisorsEnsure efficient and timely completion of all service requestsSchedule and assign work orders to techniciansProvide guidance and support to technicians as neededHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional mannerEnsure quality control checks are performed on completed workMaintain accurate records of service transactionsRequirements:
Previous experience in auto repair service is strongly preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient computer skills for record keeping and inventory managementJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:
