Schedule - Shift - Hours: Part Time - Day ShiftThe Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) serves to carry out the responsibilities of the CMO by assignment as designated by the CMO, or on a pro tempore basis. Assignments formally designated, for which there is administrative responsibility and program oversight within Medical Affairs at the organization may include: regulatory affairs; accreditation; and acquisition and deployment of physician resources via contractual agreements. Other responsibilities may include: strategic planning; quality oversight and initiatives; program development and implementation; and engagement of senior leadership for the achievement of institutional and program goals.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:

Medical Degree required.License/Certifications:

Active medical licensure or eligibility for medical licensure in State of New Hampshire; Board Certification in primary area of practice.Experience:

Minimum of seven years of increasing responsibility as a physician leader. Institutional experience within a complex healthcare organization. Understanding of regulatory compliance, healthcare finance, strategic planning, and institutional process. Demonstrated characteristics of fairness, integrity, and accountability. Excellent communication and physician engagement skills based on trust and shared values. Collaboration and professional interactions with all team members. Maintains a physician identity and continuum of clinical practice. Demonstrates the highest levels of ethical and professional conduct.
