They are in charge of ensuring the highest quality baked goods are produced in a timely manner by means of training, supporting overall safety, and developing the culinary team in the area of production management.LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES

Lead team in production of custom baked goods. Develop and train skills in mixing, baking, and building.Assign daily production to team members and ensure completionEnsure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standardsQUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred2 years of leadership experience in a team environmentAbility to work in multiple regional locationsAbility to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needsMust have reliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 poundsCERTIFICATIONS
