As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing test execution results, identifying trends, and assessing overall test coverage. You'll be responsible for the entire testing lifecycle, from analyzing execution results and identifying trends to reporting on key metrics and collaborating closely with stakeholders. You'll also lend your expertise to alpha issuers, assisting them in testing their systems for Open Enrollment functionality. You will assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance on test planning, execution, and reporting. You will also classify defects based on severity, priority, and impact, and track their resolution progress. Additionally, you will compile comprehensive test reports and present test results and recommendations to stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality assuranceMust live in the Continental USStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with test case creation, execution, and reportingFamiliarity with defect management tools and processes including TestRail, and the Atlassian SuiteMust be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentDepending on government agency, specific requirements may include residency, citizenship, Public Trust background checks, or security clearancePreferred Qualifications

Experience at CMS or in the healthcare industryLocation

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
