As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs and pain points related to testing across programs. You will identify potential areas for enhancing testing effectiveness and conduct training sessions for testers on tools, processes, and best practices. You will design a test strategy that aligns with the agile development methodology and develop and maintain test plans, cases, and procedures. Additionally, you will document testing tools, processes, and methodologies used, facilitate knowledge sharing among testers, and maintain a central repository for testing artifacts.Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assuranceStrong knowledge of agile development methodologies and testing best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with test case creation, execution, and reportingFamiliarity with defect management tools and processesMust live in the Continental USMust be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentDepending on government agency, specific requirements may include residency, citizenship, Public Trust background checks, or security clearancePreferred Qualifications

Experience at CMS or in the healthcare industryLocation

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
