Qualifying Criteria:

Must Have Bachelor’s degree.

Must have (7) years of management/supervisory experience which includes five (5) years of direct experience over compensation functions specifically.

Familiar with and can interpret employment laws and regulations including, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and HIPAA.

Experience with risk mitigation analysis.

Confident with performing market evaluations and job analyses.

SHRM or CCP credentials is a huge plus.

People Management experience.

3 years of Compensation experience.

Must be a whiz with Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookups.

Comfortable with dealing with the Executive Level.

Job Type:

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
