Director of Finance

OverviewWe seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and driving the company's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controlsLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesManage and oversee monthly bookkeeping, in partnership with contracted accounting organizationConduct cost management and control activities to optimize expensesManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy with GL codingPerform account analysis and cash flow analysis to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and other regulatory requirementsManage treasury functions, including cash flow management and investment strategiesProvide financial report interpretation to senior management for strategic decision-makingOversee general ledger accounting activities to maintain accurate financial recordsExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferredProven experience in business development and financial strategy implementationStrong background in cost control and financial analysisExpertise in treasury management and investment strategiesIn-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and general ledger accounting practicesJob Type : Full-timePay : $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits :Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceEducation :Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience :Management: 5 years (Required)Work Location : In person
