The Sales Executive I is responsible for ensuring that these sales must meet or exceed company profit guidelines while adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesAchieve or exceed monthly / annual sales and gains goals through their sales efforts (pricing, contract generation, cold calling, etc) with Customers and/or their BrokersDevelop and deploy sales and marketing strategies in compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines, while meeting company growth goals and profitability objectivesProvides feedback to the Products, Pricing, Operations and P&L teams on our product mix, pricing, margins, marketing efforts, customer service and customer incentives to ensure the product suite for the channels are both competitive in the marketplace while meeting or exceeding profitability requirements.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
Three years of experience in sales with at least 1 year selling and/or servicing the Multi-Family or Homebuilder segmentsEnergy related sales experience strongly preferredExperience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalency requiredKey MetricsClosing Specialty Markets agreements that consist of Common Areas (Term CM and Volume)CSA'sPMA'sGrowing the # of residential customers thru the execution of PMA agreementsGrowing the number of residential meters thru the execution of CSA agreements.Job FamilySales
