This is a split role between being an Elementary Floater Teacher and Office Administrator. This teacher position plays a critical role at Stratford School. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of elementary students in kindergarten through fifth grade while supporting and assisting classroom teachers in supervision or providing other campus assistance as needed. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience! You will also be supporting the front office with maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityBackground in Early Childhood Education is a plusPrior classroom experience is preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary studentsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
