We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Data, and Migrations initiatives for our Xplor Pay product and contribute to our vision of transforming the payment industry.

As a Group Product Manager for Xplor Pay, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our payment solutions through ownership of our Merchant Experience portfolio - driving the evolution of services for small business on the Xplor Pay platform.

Job DescriptionLead the discovery and development for subscription management and merchant solutions platforms in USA, UK, EU, Australia, and New ZealandManage a team of Product Managers fostering an environment of growth and innovationCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align product development with business objectivesOwnership of the product roadmap prioritizing work in alignment with customer-centric outcomes and business growthLeverage customer and market data to assess value and viability risks to inform product roadmap and planning decisionsWork with Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Readiness and other key stakeholders to define release and go to market strategiesBe a key leader in the Product organisation, helping drive best practice product management practices and evangelising your product offering internally and externally.The average base salary pay range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000

Qualifications

10+ years proven experience in product managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a teamExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with the payment industry required
