Job Description

Lead the discovery and development for subscription management and merchant solutions platforms in USA, UK, EU, Australia, and New Zealand

Manage a team of Product Managers fostering an environment of growth and innovation

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align product development with business objectives

Ownership of the product roadmap prioritizing work in alignment with customer-centric outcomes and business growth

Leverage customer and market data to assess value and viability risks to inform product roadmap and planning decisions

Work with Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Readiness and other key stakeholders to define release and go to market strategies

Be a key leader in the Product organisation, helping drive best practice product management practices and evangelising your product offering internally and externally.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000

Qualifications:Qualifications

10+ years proven experience in product management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Familiarity with the payment industry required
