We're looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to elevate our Premium Product's performance within our Strategic Finance team. This role is central to enhancing product strategy, driving monetization, and ensuring member satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:Performance Management: Analyze key metrics to provide insights, assess product health, and ensure alignment with our broader business objectives.Product partnership: Work closely with product stakeholders to facilitate strategic planning, target setting, and the initiation of key projects, supporting the product's growth and strategic direction.Operational Excellence: Champion operational improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.In this role, you will be empowered to make substantial contributions that amplify our product's success. Your work will directly impact our strategic direction, operational agility, and the overall excellence of our Premium Product line.Responsibilities:Identify, scope, and execute upon strategic initiatives to support product success and drive monetization.Develop comprehensive insights into product performance, guiding strategic direction, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities.Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional teams (including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and other internal groups) working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal.Define and drive analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of product performance, growth drivers, and trending.Keep your finger on the pulse of the business to ensure it is operating as successfully as possible, stepping in to help drive improvements as needed.Communicate key insights to senior leaders and the cross-functional team.Contribute to broader corporate initiatives both on an ongoing, and on an ad-hoc basis.Manage operational dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers.Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives).QualificationsBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a strategy-centric role with a focus on quantitative analysis.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in, or exposure to, technology companies, with a preference for those familiar with consumer-facing products.High proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of tackling complex business challenges.Proven ability to work independently, driving projects with minimal guidance and adapting to evolving priorities.Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying intricate ideas and strategies clearly and convincingly.Strong collaborative spirit, eager to work across diverse teams and projects, contributing to a dynamic and inclusive work environment.Suggested Skills:Performance ManagementStrategic PlanningAnalytical ReasoningData-Driven Decision MakingEffective CommunicationLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is [$70,000 to $113,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
