Litigation Associate

The Atlanta branch of our client is in search of an associate attorney with 4-5 years or more of litigation background, preferably in transportation litigation. The ideal candidate will join our Litigation Department and contribute significantly. Experience in representing motor carrier clients and handling insurance coverage matters would be advantageous. We are particularly interested in academically distinguished applicants who possess exceptional writing and analytical abilities, as well as experience with depositions, discovery, and motion practice.

This role entails assuming responsibility within a dynamic federal and state court litigation environment. We are looking for someone with strong judgment, a diligent work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail. A valid Georgia law license is required, or the candidate must be prepared to take the Georgia Bar exam and secure the license promptly. This position provides the opportunity for meaningful participation in ongoing litigation cases at a national level.

Qualifications:
