SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the execution of Jewelers Mutual’s technical talent acquisition programs and initiatives. In close partnership with JM leadership, this position will ensure the consistent development and implementation of a strategic pipeline for qualified, highly talented candidates. Other duties may be assigned.Full Cycle-RecruitingThe Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with hiring leaders, HR business partners, candidates and prospects. Specifically, this role will be accountable for sourcing external and internal candidates for a variety of roles that span across the organization. This is a full cycle recruiting position from candidate generation through offer.The Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the recruiting process including, but not limited to initial planning and research, market intelligence and insights, developing search and sourcing strategies and determining timelines based on search complexity.As a Sr. Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, this individual will serve as a brand ambassador to various external academic, community and search partners.Program ImplementationContinuously review current state process, collect feedback from business partners and determine process improvement opportunities. Create a positive candidate experience for all individuals in the JM hiring and onboarding process.Assist in the development of recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral, such as brochures about the organization and its opportunities.Partner with HR Managers to deliver an optimal onboarding and launch experience for new hires at JM.Screen submitted resumes and coordinate communications with applicants and prospects. Screen, interview and recommend a diverse slate of candidates for open positions.Verify and obtain applicant employment verifications and eligibility requirements.Comply with, and maintain, electronic files with data related to applicants, open positions and hiring metrics.Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations related to talent acquisition; ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are compliant.Responsible for internship program, partnering with hiring leaders to understand longer-term needs that can be filled through developing entry-level talent, and working with universities and their career services team.Collaborative Thought LeaderEstablish rapport with business leaders to foster a respectful and trusting relationship with them. In partnership, discuss department needs, job specifications, job duties, competencies, qualifications and skills to understand holistic candidate profile.Recommend ideas and practices related to recruitment that will contribute to JM’s long-term growth goals and support our mission to raise the tide of the jewelry industry.Know your business partner’s talent market and utilize market driving sourcing data as a way of influencing hiring managers.Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants are updated and well informed.Community Brand AmbassadorPost positions internally and externally to selected advertising media.Assemble and distribute recruiting collateral materials to applicants which enhance the Jewelers Mutual brand and promote our position as employer of choice.Develop and maintain a network of contacts including schools, external recruiters, employment agencies and other public agencies, to help identify and source qualified candidates.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, talent marketing or equivalent work experience required.8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or professional environment.Demonstrated ability to source high caliber talent for a variety of roles; cultivating diverse talent pools.Experience building relationships with leaders at all levels in an organization.Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced work environment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
