The Data Business Analyst will facilitate assigned projects by serving as a liaison between stakeholders, setting and communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results. The actions of this position will have a direct effect on Company performance by improving processes and workflows. Pay 38-43/hr No C2C No Sponsorship only GC/ US Citizens. (contract position)

Qualifications:

At least 2-5 years of experience, preferably in retail-orentied work.

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software programs

Proficiency with Power BI and SQL

Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to establish and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational goals

Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time reporting and analysis of KPI trends

Provide guidance and training to team members on KPI tracking tools and best practices

Conduct regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and credibility in reporting

Pay Details:

$38.00 to $43.00 per hour
