Client Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our top Banking Clients to fill a Client Service Representative for their Pennington, NJ location. This role involves managing moderately complex tasks related to the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts, following established guidelines and procedures.

Compensation: $22.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:Support the creation, onboarding, and maintenance of accounts in line with established procedures.

Provide quality service and effective operations support to internal and external clients.

Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members.

Operate independently on moderately complex tasks, seeking direction for more complex issues.

Required Skills:

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Cooperative and professional work attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Quick learner with the ability to develop subject matter expertise.

Pay Details:

$22.00 per hour
