Operations Specialist
to join our Banking Onboarding & Maintenance team in Chandler, AZ!
In this role, you'll be a vital part of a virtual financial center, providing exceptional service.Our team is dedicated to enabling banking capabilities in branch offices and delivering the best possible client experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing and researching new bank accounts.
Handling account maintenance service requests.
Utilizing independent thought and proven research abilities to resolve issues.
Maintaining a strong focus on client service in all interactions.
Please note:
This is an
ASAP start
position. Training will be conducted
onsite for 5 days/week
, after which you will transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home).
Required Skills:
Proficient PC skills
, including Microsoft Office applications;
strong typing ability is a must.
Excellent
communication skills
, including active listening and professional phone/email etiquette.
Ability to manage outbound calls to internal and external clients for problem resolution and new account processes.
Demonstrated ability to
navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Capable of
multitasking and working efficiently in a high-productivity environment.
Excellent organizational skills
and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client requests while exercising sound judgment.
Proven history of
effective ownership and accuracy.
Ability to
work independently
and effectively manage complex situations to resolution.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain current knowledge products, policies, and services, staying abreast of regulations and mitigating risk.
Exhibit
professionalism in all situations.
Proven
in-depth research skills.
Service-minded
with a strong focus on providing a differentiated service experience.
Generally,
one year or more experience is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge or experience with banking regulations and banking systems.
Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and Core Values.

Pay Details:
$22.12 per week
