REMOTE- CANADIAN FRENCH IS A MUST
Direct Hire- $22.00 an hour
Call Center environment- Customer Service position - fast-paced wholesale Footwear manufacturer
Duties include: heavy inbound calls; advising customers regarding product recommendations and order/return status; email correspondence to answer customer inquiries; order taking.
Previous Call Center/Chat Center experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- a must.
Hours: 8:30-5:30
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
