We are seeking a meticulous and independent Document Specialist for a 1-year assignment near Beloit, WI. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with precision. Responsibilities:Organize, review, and manage documents according to established guidelines.Perform repetitive data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency.Maintain and update document databases and filing systems.Ensure all documentation is properly classified, stored, and accessible.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure document integrity.Assist with generating and formatting reports as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar document management or data entry role.Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
