In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of the Men's product line, bringing innovative ideas to life, and elevating the golf experience for players around the world. If you're ready to drive design excellence and be part of our small but dynamic team, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Manage design projects independently while collaborating with the CEO, Director of Product and Design Team.Work closely with the Director of Product to ensure accurate and timely execution of designs and source fabrics and trims.Design seasonal collections, considering merchandising plans, sales needs, pricing targets and emerging trends.Develop color pallets that align with both trends and sales objectives.Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and productProduce detailed technical drawings and specifications for each design, outlining materials, construction methods, and production techniques.Create innovative design concepts for golf and lifestyle apparel, including but not limited to shirts, bottoms, outerwear, and jackets while ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.Source fabrics and materials that enhance comfort, flexibility, and durability suitable for golfing/lifestyle activities and conditions.Communicate and work closely with manufacturers to develop prototypes to ensure proper fit, functionality, and durability of apparel for various use cases and conditionsCreate complete tech packs for initial proto development including generating detail flats and black line artwork.Conduct prototype fittings with in-house employees to address changes and fit correctionsEnsure that all designs align with the brand's identity and values, maintaining consistency in style, quality, and performance across all product lines.Attend trade shows and manufacturers to source, select and buy fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishmentsOther duties as assignedRequirements:3+ years experience in men's apparel designMen's active experience requiredWell versed in activewear fabrics and trimsA keen eye for fashion and color and a demonstrated ability to generate highly creative concepts.Comprehensive knowledge of garment construction, fit, finishes, and industry resources.Experience in crafting the design vision for multiple categories and brandsAbility to meet deadlines with strong follow through skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment, with flexibility and adaptability to change.Bonus requirements:Passion for sport's culture, trends, and apparel requirements.
