This position is responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to employment law, constitutional law and civil rights, EMTALA, mental health law, departmental investigations, legislation, policies, ethics, and litigation in state and federal courts as well as other tribunals. The incumbent will prepare and litigate both routine and increasingly complex cases. This position may be filled at Level II, III, or IV, depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.Job Type/Salary:Application period: Until filledFull-timeVacancies: 1Annual Salary is $70,000-$100,000Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8am-5pmFLSA Status: ExemptMinimum Qualifications and Experience:Level IV:

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar with a minimum of seven years’ experience in practicing law.Level III:

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar with a minimum of five years’ experience in practicing law.Level II:

Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school and member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar; and two years’ experience.Preference may be given for civil and administrative litigation and trial experience.Special Requirements:
