LendingClub's Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team is responsible for leading enterprise and operational risk management activities throughout the Bank. This team supports the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer (CRO) by managing all enterprise and operational risk governance activities (e.g., management and board committee governance, policy and training strategy and administration, issue management, operational loss events, and risk and control self-assessments).We are looking to hire a Learning Management System & Policy Manager to support and focus on the Bank’s enterprise risk and compliance training and policies and procedures programs. This role will be responsible for planning, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and reporting enterprise training program activities. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for the administration of the Bank’s policy administration tool, including development of reporting to monitor adherence to the Bank’s policy and procedure requirements. This role may also support other areas of the team, including risk program governance (managing and enhancing committee reporting), and execution of enterprise and operational risk strategic initiatives.What You'll Do

Develop, oversee, and execute enterprise risk and compliance training program activities:

Course content development, editing, testing, and maintenance, including re-versioningConfiguration of dynamic enrollments, assignments, and course equivalenciesJira ticket maintenance, including course troubleshooting errors, modifying due date extensions, and following the appropriate protocol for course exemptions, etc.Point of contact with internal training subject matter experts across the company (Compliance, Legal, etc.) and external vendorsCoordinate Training Steering Committee, including scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, following up on action items, etc.

Service as the main point of contact for the Bank’s policy and procedure administration tool, including:

Administer the Bank’s policy administration toolDeveloping processes to ensure employees have sufficient access to maintain their policies and procedures as appropriateDevelop reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with the Bank’s enterprise policy administration requirementsHelping to lead strategic initiatives to better streamline policy and procedure governance processes

Assist with the preparation of management MIS, management committee, and board committee reporting under the direction of the ERM Program Director and VP, Head of Enterprise and Operational Risk ManagementSupport in gathering information/reporting for regulatory and audit requestsSupport other ERM and ORM initiatives as-neededAbout You

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including fintech and regulated financial institutionsBachelor’s or master's degree, or equivalent work experienceExperience with LMS tools, including Cornerstone, is requiredFamiliarity with course development tools (e.g., SCORM)Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal skills to successfully influence strategic initiatives at all organizational levelsPassion for driving change with an ability to navigate multiple high and sometimes competing prioritiesWork LocationSan Francisco, Lehi, or New YorkWe are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.Time Zone RequirementsLocal hours (PT, MT, ET)Travel RequirementsIf you need to travel for work, LendingClub will cover your travel related expenses.CompensationThe target base salary range for this position is 83,000-125,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits.
