Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience managing technical products or online servicesAWS Applications and Higher Level Abstractions (Apps) provides horizontal and industry vertical applications for business users with the same on-demand scalability, reliability, pay-as-you-go pricing, and machine learning expertise that drive AWS services. The AWS Applications group includes services such as Amazon Connect, our End User Computing, Marketing Tech, and Autonomous Checkout and Identity Services for retail, sports, travel, and other verticals.As a PLM/PDM Product Manager, you will be responsible for a team that provides seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements. Additionally, you will support global master data setup for the products from early development through EOL. We are looking for an individual that creates an environment and coaches the team to be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. You must be motivated to work in a data-driven environment, have a desire to drive process improvement, and long for the opportunity to analyze systematic issues and implement solutions to challenging problems.Key Responsibilities:Organization-wide lead for master data maintenance and escalations.Interface with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes and structure new products.Analyze problems of diverse scope to identify solutions.Implement and support Agile, ECO CM processes.Drive team and organization to meet KPIs for Configuration Management processes.Lead continuous process improvements focused on systems, reporting, and data analysis efficiencies.Experience maintaining and administering CAD and PDM systems, including driving standards and procedures.Assist with PDM workflow creation and maintenance.About the Team:Diverse Experiences: Amazon values diverse experiences. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
