OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees.DutiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends, including review of reports and metrics from the organization’s human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.Conduct performance management and provide coaching to managers.Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required, or equivalent experience.At least five years of human resource management experience required.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.3-5 years of experience with HRIS systems, particularly UKG.Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations (e.g., OSHA).Demonstrated success in succession planning and program management.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively.Experience in contract negotiation and HR sourcing.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive work environment and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Job Type:
