Job Summary

General Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all P&L and budgeting activities related to the account
Lead overall day-to-day operations with flawless execution
Conduct HR functions including hiring, dynamic counseling, and terminations
Coordinate scheduling, payroll, and team training to ensure seamless operations
Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and provide top-quality food
Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company’s marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
A BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
Five years of food service high-volume operation experience
High volume production and catering experience is crucial
Previous experience managing a budget
Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding food service company
