Regional Director of People Experience – ABA Centers of America
Boston Area
About ABA Centers of America
ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to make long waitlists for ABA therapy and autism diagnosis a thing of the past. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are growing, but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.
Leadership Opportunity
Are you a veteran human resources professional looking for that special opportunity that will allow you to progress with a stable but growing company? What if your work could help hundreds of families and kids as we open new clinic locations? We've got just the job for you!
We’re looking for a high-energy, compassionate, and motivated professional who has a sincere passion to serve others. Candidates must be innovative, dynamic, and committed to service excellence.
The Regional Director of People Experience will initially support our Massachusetts area with the potential to support additional areas in the future. This position will report to the Vice President of People Experience and be at the forefront of helping us grow and support our centers.
The proper candidate will partner with internal stakeholders, providing guidance on the full employment lifecycle, including talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, policy and procedure implementation and interpretation, employee-related concerns, process improvement, and strategies supporting business growth.
