Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Marketing is a marketing generalist with experience across various marketing sub-functions. She/he is capable of managing our internal marketing services agency and driving the brand's growth through innovative marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence, engaging with our communities, and supporting our mission to provide outstanding autism-care services.

How You Will Succeed
with
Us
Strategically lead projects for our internal marketing services agency to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth
Be a hands-on player-coach with the ability to lead team members and jump in and write content/develop a presentation
Forge and maintain partnerships with other department leaders, continually seeking ways for Marketing to add to company projects where appropriate
Participate in meetings and initiatives related to company and clinic growth and development
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Partner with the Events team and clinic operations on event planning, resources, and creative production
Oversee critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and planning
Use data-driven methods to identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities
Develop and implement robust marketing strategies that effectively communicate our mission, services, and impact on the autism community
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives
Regularly report on marketing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to the executive team for continuous improvement
Write key external marketing documents
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a manager+ level role with a marketing department
Advertising or marketing services agency experience managing teams (preferred)
Experience across various marketing disciplines, with an emphasis on being able to evaluate and direct the development of high-quality creative in various media
Outstanding marketing project management experience with expert-level skills in project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, and similar platforms)
Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, especially in autism care or the broader behavioral health sector
Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms to be able to partner with Digital Marketing team
Must maintain clean background/drug screenings
Expertise Needed
Marketing expert-level writing skills
Exceptional leadership and team-management skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance
Sense of urgency and high responsiveness to requests/emails
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
