Director, Field Marketing

Description

Uniphore is looking for Director, Field Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of field marketing programs and activities to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth and acceleration in the Americas and Europe.

This role will be responsible for overseeing in-person and virtual interactions with prospects, customers and will also be responsible for go-to-market activities with our partners.

We are looking for a B2B tech marketing expert with extensive field marketing experience who is data-driven, can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, and is a strong people manager and an individual contributor.

This hybrid role will be based in Palo Alto, CA, onsite two days a week.

Responsibilities

Strategize, plan and execute field marketing programs for the Americas and Europe to drive pipeline growth, support sales objectives and increase brand awareness.Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and prioritize key markets and accounts, develop targeted marketing programs and support account-based marketing initiatives.Collaborate closely with our campaigns, digital marketing, product marketing and BDR teams to plan and execute activities that drive pipeline growth and acceleration.Deliver high quality programs that establish lasting relationships with prospects and customers.Help develop and execute an account-based marketing strategy for key accounts, with relevant and personalized programs, with defined goals and metrics.Work with the partner sales team to understand marketing opportunities and help drive field programs to increase partner engagement and drive pipeline.Work with marketing operations to analyze, optimize and report on the performance of field marketing programs.Lead and mentor a team of field marketers.Requirements/Qualifications

10+ years of overall Marketing experience with 8+ years of B2B tech field marketing experience. Prior people management experience is required.Proven track record of working with Sales leaders to build and consistently deliver results against targets.Ability to translate business objectives into a well-defined marketing strategy and execution plans that have clear metrics and KPIs.Ability to plan, manage and execute several marketing programs simultaneously.Prior experience planning and running successful ABM programs.Strong analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI of programs and investments.Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Strong understanding of programs and tactics that resonate with target audiences to drive awareness and engagement.Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Hiring Range:$186,900 - $233,600 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
