Current team is about 3 people, 1 vacant role. They sit in the sheriff department area. They come into office 2 days a week, staggered with the other team members. When the sheriffs have any issues with radio, laptops, internet, antennas etc. They also will help out with desktop/break fix in the sheriffs office as well. Could be printer issues, laptop, desktop, mobile issues etc. Body cams, there will be a lot of training for someone to learn the police technologies etc. First few weeks will be training and onsite everyday. Then eventually will be able to reduce the onsite to 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.
