Mandatory Skills:
Must Have 9 years Experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projectsExperience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset ManagementExperience as a Business Analyst in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEsExperience as a Business Analyst in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentationsExperience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testingExperience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio(at least 2) Experience with MS Team and Channel communication with a large teamMust have 4 years of Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)Preferred Skills:
Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS FinancialsExperience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, Commitment ControlExperience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)Experience with JirExperience working with the Scrum frameworkExperience with STAT
