Position OverviewWe are seeking an inspiring Creative Director to lead a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, and creatives. Based in-office in Aventura, FL (Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays), this role requires a blend of marketing expertise, design vision, and leadership skills to elevate Balfour's creative output. The Creative Director will oversee all visual and content development for B2B & DTC marketing, packaging, website assets, and more, collaborating with internal teams, external design agencies, and photo/video agencies to drive results.

You will have 3 to 4 direct reports and will also manage relationships with external design and photo/video agencies to ensure alignment with creative goals and timely project execution.

Please note: Only local applicants from the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative team in producing digital, print, and social media collateral.Manage content strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals.Oversee and manage external design and photo/video agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.Develop internal marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities and analyzing trends.Supervise and mentor a team of 4 creative professionals, ensuring continuous growth and development.Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of assets.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.10+ years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.English and Spanish ProficiencyProven track record of creating integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print.Strong leadership and communication skills.Expertise in design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.Experience managing external agencies (design and photo/video).Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
