Job Description

The Account Manager purpose is to develop new business opportunities as well as service existing business and customer relationships within assigned markets. Additionally, the Account Manager develops and executes short- and long-term commercial strategies at the customer level and provides day to day account management support for assigned customers.

LOCATION:

Onsite- Westfield, IN

RESPONSIBLITIES:Establish, develop, document, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.Gather, manage, and communicate customer intelligence including but not limited to contacts, business levels, opportunities, organizational behavior, and strategies.Support product marketing, marketing, and engineering strategies to ensure and help ensure strategies, plans, and communications are delivered clearly and consistently.Provide day to day insight on the tactical management of markets within the alignment of customer, engineering, and innovative projects.Provide leadership and support plans and activities outlined by Sales leaders, as well as to other departments as needed.Support corporate and interdepartmental objectives collaborating with department heads, executive leadership, core managers, and sales operations to establish and maintain policies.Coordinate product updates throughout life cycle with customer, change management, and product line management.Provide forecast input to the monthly 6-month SOP forecast as well as the annual budget forecast and long-term customer projections.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in sales, business, engineering, operations, or similar field3 or more years' experience in sales, business, operations, or a similar fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel within the guidance of the Managing Director and the IMMI corporate travel policy.Excellent critical thinkingExcellent customer service attitude and interpersonal skillsMust comply with legal and corporate responsibilitiesBENEFITS:
