About the Role:Join the Merchant Service team as a Quality Assurance Consultant to test Merchant Business Services Software on Point-of-Sale devices.This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to achieve business outcomes. You will be a subject matter expert on testing practices, ensuring that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:
Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.Participate in test planning and ensure stories have clear acceptance criteria.Identify automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types.Assist in identifying and managing sensitive test data.Report issues and defects with appropriate background information for review.Participate in triaging reported issues/defects and assist with resolving or escalating them as necessary.Trace tests forwards/backwards through the development lifecycle and back to requirements.Communicate with testing/development teams in various geographical areas.Required Skill:
Primary Skill: Perfecto - Mobile Automation, Performance, and MonitoringSecondary Skill: SeleniumGood knowledge of Agile Methodology and the Scrum process.Job Requirement
