Shift/Hours:
2-3 times a week for 1 hour per session
Job Duties:
• Responsible for preparing and uploading various documents for remote notarization.
• Ensure that all the signers receive the proper electronic paperwork, are informed of the obligations set out by the documents, and properly complete and sign the paperwork.
• Provide first-line technical troubleshooting, and be the face of our company as you virtually walk signers through eSigning their documents in a remote online notarization
Qualifications Desired:
• Must be a Certified Notary and possess RON Certification
• Open availability during business hours (9 am - 4 pm EST)
• Stable internet connection, free of distractions
• Basic technological proficiency - experience in online notarization a plus, familiarity with Notarize (formerly known as Proof) a plus
Pay Details:
$35.00 per hour
