Description

JMH Companies is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our B2B and D2C marketing efforts and spearhead strategic campaign development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B and D2C digital marketing strategies: Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI across both B2B and D2C segments.

• Lead strategic campaign planning and execution: Oversee the development, implementation, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, catering to both B2B and D2C audiences.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels: Maintain and optimize company websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Manage SEO Company to ensure all strategies are aligned. Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Measure and analyze marketing performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, analyzing performance across both B2B and D2C segments. Utilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, product, business intelligence, IT and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact across both B2B and D2C segments.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, considering the unique needs of both B2B and D2C markets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B and D2C digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic campaign planning and execution.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across both B2B and D2C segments.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, web content marketing, social media, and paid social and online advertising, with a focus on tailoring strategies for both B2B and D2C audiences.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions for both B2B and D2C segments.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g. GA4) is preferred.

• Experience with Contentful CMS System is a bonus.
