What you will be doing:

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. You are accountable for achieving quarterly and annual goals by managing a territory via phone or email and assist in support of our Regional Sales Managers as needed. You will need to interact with distributors and integrators on a regular basis and respond to requests in a timely manner. In addition, you will leverage and promote Luminys partner programs and products to maximize revenue opportunities.

What your primary responsibilities will be:

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements to offer proper support as neededRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureMaintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territorySupport other territories as needed or for additional projectsIncrease Dealer Partner Program signups whenever possibleAdditional projects and duties as assignedWhat you will need:

Experience: Security Video Equipment industry or related industry preferredMinimum 2 years collegeDemonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales positionStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPointGood interpersonal skills and self-motivationFamiliarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRMAbility to learn and retain product specific information and utilize it to position the features and benefits to customersTop-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsOutstanding listening skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentExcellent organizational and computer skills including computer fluency in MS OfficePhysical Demands:
