Job Summary:The Electronic Banking Administration Specialist provides daily operational and administrative support by conducting research, preparing detailed statistical & management reports, handling information requests, invoice management, audit and exam requests, IBC Portal/Sharepoint and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, managing calendars and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. The information created by the specialist will be used to present at several leadership meetings and conferences (Company Boards, Sales Council meeting, IT-CEO, etc.)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.Administrative support to Electronic Banking Management team (Online Banking, Treasury & Card Controls) and provides support for the overall success of the Electronic Banking Department.Manage and maintain department manager's schedulesCommunicate and coordinate with executive management, regional bank presidents, legal counsel, bank examiners, vendors, internal and external customersPrepare and process management product reports, annual budget, monthly billings, general ledger, accounts payable, manager reimbursement, expense reports, board presentations and assignments.Update and maintain Electronic Banking PowerBi dashboards. Manage and data gathering and extraction/creation of data with and from vendors and/or internal departments.Assist department managers with internal audit/exam requests, compliance, meetings, travel, vendor visits and presentationsPrepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetingsConduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for presentation by executives, committees, etc.Operate office equipment, such as copiers or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctionsOpen, sort, and distribute incoming mail correspondence for departmentsAnswer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Take meeting notes and track action items as requestedOther duties as assignedSKILLS
