Hand Finisher

Busy manufacturer looking for a skilled deburr technician to join its team. We are specifically looking for someone experienced with using Foredom-style power rotary deburr tools on soft metals such as aluminum. You will be responsible for the following:

• Using Foredom-style power rotary deburr tools to break edges and remove burrs on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel parts;
• Following verbal instructions to break edges without changing part dimensions;
• Working quickly and efficiently;
• Maintaining an impeccably clean and organized work area

Basic Qualifications:

• 5-8 years' experience as a deburr technician using Fordham-style high speed tools;
• Must have the eyesight and dexterity to manipulate hand tools and grinders deburr parts to requirements;
• Must be able to sit and concentrate on a repetitive task for prolonged periods of times;
• Must be able to follow verbal directions and instructions precisely.

Due to the nature of the work performed at our facility, you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or qualified asylum or refugee
• Have a clean criminal record free of any felony and certain misdemeanors
• Be willing to submit to a drug test upon receiving an offer for employment
