JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for Aftermarket Americas Mixing Solutions quotations to meet the mechanical and process requirements of customer specifications while working closely with the outside sales team executing company selling strategy. Supports outside sales team by responding to customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner. Enters orders into ERP system while including all documentation and manage orders through shipment. Responds to customer phone calls and emails to provide technical assistance as required. Qualified candidates will have the ability to blend technical and commercial sales skills to support and drive business.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESApplies engineering principles to translate the mechanical and process requirements of customer specifications into the most advisable sales quotation. Support inquiries with correct and complete information per company procedures.Designs spare mixers to meet mechanical specification and process requirements by performing calculations, coordinating the creation of engineering drawings, and coordinating the sourcing of non-standard parts.Prices spare mixer and develop technical written proposal (including all necessary documentation) in response to customer inquiries.Enters customer orders into the ERP system by completing a thorough review of the order requirements and performing a detailed entry of all data necessary to process the order.Provides excellent service to internal and external customers by meeting or exceeding their needs by: Fielding incoming phone calls and emails and respond in a timely manner, establishing proper expectations and delivering on those expectations and ensuring that every transaction ends with a satisfied customer.Available to travel occasionally, and available after hours to support customer requirements. Traveling into the office or working remotely to resolve customer concerns.All completed work to be filed electronically to create proper historical record of transactions.Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that customer transactions are delivered on time and on specifications.Fields customer request from the company salesforce and reacting to those requests in a timely manner.Can support project type work with support from Process Technology Team and Engineering Team.Follows instructions from Commercial, Engineering, and/or Process Technology Team on sales strategy.Other job duties and tasks as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Must have excellent Communication & Organizational skillsAbility to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint )Experience with MRP systems, SAP a plus.Excellent hands on Technical/Mechanical aptitudeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travelEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.0-2 years' experience in the workforce as an engineering roleFamiliar with Mixing Solutions, Rotating Equipment and or Fluid a plus

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Use of the appropriate PPE is required.

This job operates in a manufacturing professional office environment. The employee can be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration and loud noise level while on the production floor.
