is looking to hire a full-time professional Sales Director to join their team in

Bloomington, MN . As the Sales Director, you will lead the Sales and Marketing Department. The Sales Director will manage the entire sales cycle, including forecasting and budgeting sales revenue, hiring sales personnel, and ensuring proper training and performance evaluations are conducted. The Sales and Marketing Department is responsible for initiating and developing innovative techniques to secure lead generation and sales revenue. This department manages the sales and marketing across all field operations by developing procedures and processes to assist all offices, including satellite, in order to increase and promote leads and sales revenue.Typical Weekly Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm; may occasionally require extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed to complete the duties of the position.Benefits:401(k) with matchFlexible spending account or Health Spending Account (FSA or HSA)Health, Vision, and Dental insuranceLife insuranceShort Term and Long Term Disability InsurancePaid time offand more!Job Duties:Making daily phone calls; answering phones, responding to leads and voicemailsPlanning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales RepresentativesDirecting and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionallyPreparing sales budgets and projections and approving expendituresTracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metricsSetting discount rates and determining price schedulesMaking data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocationSetting sales quotas and goalsOverseeing and directing performance of the sales teamIdentifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunitiesJob Requirements:Associates or equivalent experience preferredKnowledge of construction/rebuilding and restoration basics3+ years of experience in sales managementPhysical Requirements:Mobility from desk to printer and back in order to retrieve documentsSitting for long periods of time at a desk, or standing if a standing deskBending, stooping, reaching as required of an administrative position in order to file or perform other tasks and dutiesMay include other physical requirements as required
