Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industryAbility to manage a high volume of requisitions (20+)Strong sourcing and interviewing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwareDesired:
Previous experience with healthcare recruitingAbility to work independently and multitask effectivelyExperience in fast-paced recruitment environments
