We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, including business development and candidate placement. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to developing new client relationships and closing placements.
Key Responsibilities:Client Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruiting solutions.Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.Screening and Interviewing:
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Job Matching:
Match qualified candidates to appropriate job openings based on their skills, experience, and career goals.Offer Negotiation:
Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and contract agreements.Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline using our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market conditions.Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruiting team and other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.Qualifications:
Proven experience in full desk recruiting, including business development and candidate placement.Strong understanding of the technical recruiting landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools.Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.What We Offer:
