The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sunrise ABA by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter will oversee a specific region of BT recruiters.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top BT and RBT talent in a specific region.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions and specifications.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Oversee and mentor BT recruiters in a specific region, providing training and support as needed.Lead recruiting initiatives to drive an average number of BT hires per month.Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing detailed candidate profiles and feedback.Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to effectively position Sunrise ABA as an employer of choice.Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, colleges, and professional organizations to expand the talent pool.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ABA recruiter with demonstrated success hiring BTs at a high volume.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Experience utilizing an ATS (preferably Greenhouse).Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match of 4%.Generous paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexibility in schedule.Salary:
