What's the opportunity?
We need a Graphic Designer/Media Producer to:Design and execute graphic elements to support campaigns that promote our strong company culture and our people objectives to attract, develop, and retain high talentCreate content and flat graphics for internal and external websites and social media platformsWork with Communication Advisors and Copywriters to develop graphics for posters, social media assets, signage, banners, and moreCollaborate with cross-function teams to bring copy, design, and communication campaigns to lifeChampion cutting edge best practices and stay current on emerging trends in designBuild high-trust relationships with internal business clientsUse reporting metrics to perpetually improve and evolve internal content and channelsInnovate. Try new things. Fail. Learn. Pivot. And try again.Multi-media experience a plus!What's on the table?
You bring:
Graphic design proficiency in Adobe SoftwareAttention to detail and artistic inspirationAdherence to deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects at the same timeAssociates or Bachelor's degree in design - or equivalent expertiseMinimum of 5+ years of design experience
