Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with Program Manager to review and/or update as necessary and applicable course content appropriate to Small Engine Repair and the audience for which curriculum will be delivered to.Work with Program Manager to determine, review, and/or update course materials, teaching aids, and tools related to Small Engine Repair.Identify books and materials for instructional use, assist instructors to ensure understanding and proper delivery of curriculum, as needed.Determine and prepare course content.Prepare materials and supplies necessary for course execution.Work with Program Manager to determine course scheduling and delivery.Perform related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field.Expertise in subject matter.Functional knowledge and understanding of small engines and mechanics.At least one year of experience working with adult and child learners in an academic setting.Detail oriented.Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple duties with demanding deadlines.Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate numerous projects at the same time.Familiar with the Hawaii Island community and its resources.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work nights and weekends, on occasion.Possess PC/Mac computer skills with commonly used professional software.Desirable Qualifications:
